Tuna Salad with apple

This tuna salad is amazing! It is so easy to make, really it only takes 10 minutes from start to finish to make this salad. It can be served over a bed of greens or stuffed in a pita pocket. I definitely recommend doubling the recipe so you have leftovers for lunch the next day. 🙂

If you plan on taking it for lunch to work, don’t stuff the tuna mixture in the pita until just before serving. The mixture does have a bit of liquid in it and will make the pita soggy if it sits in it to long.
